There are so many entertaining areas and abundant seating for your enjoyment with the 1600 square feet open floor plan, along with 4 covered decks, all with beautiful and comfortable furniture to relax in and enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the back two! The huge living room is a great area for entertaining and playing games. The pool is a short walk while being far enough away to be the perfect balance. The protected boat dock gives easy gulf and fast ocean access. Bring your own boat up to 35 feet with deep water moorage at the dock or rent a boat or jet ski just around the corner. Double the fun with nearby rentals of paddle boards, kayaks, or bring your own water toys. 6 lovely beach towels and rolling cooler are provided for your use.
