This two bedroom two bath half duplex is recently remodeled and updated with brand new everything! The kitchen & living room have an open floor plan with hurricane impact windows that allow you to see down the canal. In the living room there is a flat screen TV plus a Bose sound system and the couch has a king pull out bed. The master bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom that is updated and has both a regular shower head and the rain shower head.
The guest bedroom features two twin beds and the guest bathroom is updated and matches the master bathroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVS. Downstairs you will find the bait freezer, and extra fridge, plus the laundry room. There is plenty of downstairs storage for all of your boating toys! Fish cleaning table and both water and electric at the dock. There is no dishwasher in the unit. There is a heater/chiller for the pool (its included in cost).The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then depending on size, 2-3 vechiles & one trailer will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size.
