The grand exterior staircase leads to the fenced-in pool and Tiki hut area, which are conveniently available for your use.

The house's Main living area has a beautiful staircase entry, an open living room concept, a large lounging sofa, a recliner, and a TV with French doors that have an ocean view. The Dining area is beautiful and seats 9. The well-equipped kitchen has a bar with three more seats. The half bath and laundry are behind the kitchen area. 

As you go up the interior staircase to the second floor, the space welcomes you with another oceanfront master suite, with an en suite bath, a Jacuzzi tub, and a TV. The hall bath services the queen-size bedroom; there are two more bedrooms with two twins in each, one with an ocean view. Two Aero beds are available for your use in the closet. There is also a TV room on this level for the kids.

Boating is a breeze. Dock your boat on the pier. The dock will accommodate 2 boats, and the water has a 3 ft draft. During extreme tides, the dock may have as little as 2 ft of draft at low tide. Access may be limited during these times to tidal access.

There is a fish cleaning station, water, and electricity. Under the house, there is a commercial free-standing ice maker and a Deep freezer for your catch. 

There is Easy open-water access to the Atlantic Ocean and a short trip to the 7-mile bridge or Vaca Cut to the Gulf. 

Boat trailer storage is available along with three vehicles. 

Beautiful Sombrero Beach is a short 2 miles away and is a dog-friendly beach. Many other things to do in Marathon, or take a day trip to Key West, about an hour away.

For Homes that do accept pets, you must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third-party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

- This property is dog-friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

Dockage is available at this property; please verify maximum boat size and dockage details with the property manager prior to booking

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.
