The dining area offers the perfect setting to enjoy meals while taking in stunning views of the marina. Bedroom 3, located on this level, is furnished with a queen bed and provides easy access to a full bathroom. A spacious balcony off the living room offers a peaceful retreat to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails, with scenic views of the community, marina, and beautiful sunsets.

3rd Level of the Home:

On the third level, the master suite features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Step out onto the private balcony for breathtaking views of the marina. Down the hall, you'll find a second bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level as well.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
