Your own 70-foot private dock on a deep-water canal, a heated saltwater pool and spa, and beautiful Sombrero Beach just three blocks away.

Built in 2024, our luxury canalfront villa was designed for families and friends who want to enjoy the Florida Keys together, with plenty of space and privacy.

The home features six bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom, accommodations for up to 14 guests, and a private elevator connecting the living floors.

Bring your boat or rent one locally and keep it right behind the house. Spend your mornings exploring the water, afternoons relaxing by the pool, and evenings enjoying dinner on the covered terrace overlooking the canal.

We built this home from the ground up and put a lot of thought into every detail. It's where we come to relax and recharge, and we hope it feels like your home away from home, too.

## THE SPACE

Six bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. Sleeps 14 guests.

Second Floor:

Third Floor:
- Primary suite with King bed
- Additional bedroom with King bed
- 2 bedrooms with Queen beds

Additional Sleeping Options:
- 2 portable rollaway beds

There's also a full bathroom by the pool and a half bathroom, bringing the total to 7 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

## YOUR PRIVATE HEATED POOL AND SPA

After a day at Sombrero Beach or exploring the Keys, coming home to your own heated saltwater pool and spa is one of the best parts of staying here.

Both pool and spa heating are included at no extra charge.

The spa jets operate daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This schedule applies to the jets, not the heating.

Because the pool and spa are outdoors, water temperatures can vary depending on the weather, especially during cooler or windy days.

Whether you're taking a morning swim, spending the afternoon by the pool, or relaxing in the spa in the evening, the space is entirely yours.

The spacious covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen, wet bar, dining area, and pool table, making it a favorite spot for spending time together.

- Large-capacity ice machine

Bring your own boat or arrange a local rental and enjoy the convenience of having dock access right behind the villa.

After a day of fishing, you'll have the space and equipment to take care of your catch.

The property offers parking for up to 6 vehicles, plus space for a large boat trailer.

We want you to feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you book.

Before your arrival, we'll send you a digital guest guide with information about the house, restaurant recommendations, and things to do around Marathon.

You'll also find QR codes throughout the villa linking to short instructional videos for appliances and equipment.

Our concierge is available if you need assistance or recommendations during your stay.

## GOOD TO KNOW

Local regulations require a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Reservations follow a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule. If you need a different arrival or departure day, please contact us before booking so we can check what's possible.

Maximum occupancy: 14 guests

No pets due to the homeowners' allergies.
