Waterfront Perks
Across the street, you’ll find a 40-foot private dock (shared only with our neighboring rental property) perfect for lounging or docking your boat. The dock is right next to the public boat ramp (please note: there’s a $25 launch fee and another $25 fee to take your boat out of the water).

Parking
Parking is a breeze! There’s room for up to four vehicles, plus plenty of extra space for a boat, RV, or trailer—at no additional charge.

Recreational fun
Enjoy 4 kayaks and a paddleboard, ready for you to launch from the private dock and explore the beautiful waters of the Keys! You can find life jackets in the storage hut.
