Located in the heart of the Florida Keys (one hour from Key West and one hour from Key Largo), this beautifully decorated property in Coral Lagoon is conveniently located right off US1, nestledĀ Ā back within the marina away from any trafficĀ Ā -Ā Ā end Unit #15.Ā Ā Ā Spend your Florida vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Key West style townhome enjoying any of the wonderful Keys attractions close by.Ā Ā Ā Swim with the dolphins at the Nearby Dolphin and Research Center.Ā Ā The Turtle Hospital and Rehabilitation Center is close by, along with Crane Point Hammock where you can get a ā€œfish pedicure by the gulfā€.Ā Ā Boating, snorkeling, saltwater fishing, kayakers, foodies and nature lovers will find something here.Ā Ā Guy Fieri has been here ā€“ lookup his Diner, Drive-Ins and Dives.

Shaded outdoor seating provides great entertaining and lounging areas.Ā Ā Eat out at one of the many top rated restaurants close by, or whip up dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or on the electric barbecue.Ā Ā Tired and want to just relax?Ā Ā Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, with a 70ā€ screen in the living area.Ā Ā This unit also has a washer and dryer on the second floor.Ā Ā Ā We are located in the resort-style community of Coral Lagoon with a beautifully landscaped pool area (heated) and is in close proximity to shopping, charter boats and tourist attractions.Ā Ā This is a non smoking property.

This property is located on a full service marina with slips and all amenities available to boaters at an additional cost.Ā Ā Pricing has been discounted due to the unitā€™s boat slip not being available at this time.

**** AS OF SEPTMEBER 2024: Due to dock repairs, access to the dock is temporarily unavailable. While there's a small grassy area behind the house, the fence restricts access for your safety. We appreciate your understanding as we work to restore the dock to its full beauty. The rest of the property remains fully equipped for your comfort and relaxation! ****

BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
No trailer storage reservations are needed.

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmasterā€™s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer.Ā  After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

We had a nice relaxing stay at Grand Slam. Even though there was a bit of construction on the canal area, it wasn't a detraction and the rental company told us all about it before hand. Very nicely handled. Thank you! Glad we chose this one!

Glass doors to pool area did not lock. Some did. When i arrived the front door was not locked. Pool and hot tub were not heated, it was an extra 35/day to heat the hot tub, so we paid for our 3 days, but we could only use it one day. Bad knives, no toaster grill in pool area worked well.

Perfect rental for a stay in the Florida Keys. We loved being away from the craziness of Key West. The VRBO was quiet and had everything we needed for a beach day, including towels and beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great vacation, Doc and Marina employees were awesome. Very helpful went out of their way to make things easy. Place was beautiful, my only gripe was The dockage was on a narrow canal, definitely need a boat 25 feet or smaller to navigate and turn around

Very nice place, all of the rooms had balconies which was really cool.. decorated nicely, had plenty of towels, the location was great with close proximity to grocery, bait shopsā€¦only drawback was we couldnā€™t fish from the dock outback. Sometimes we just want to throw a line without taking boat out, other then that the place was great. Marina crew friendly and helpful also.

My family and I enjoyed the location as well as the unit. It was a perfect space for all of us to relax by the pool or walk out to the dock, hop on the boat and go.
