"This was the perfect location for our Cape Cod getaway. It was very central to everything we were doing while down there, very effortless to get to Martha’s Vineyard as well! "Sunsets were particularly beautiful at this home. The kitchen was well appointed. We had some struggles with the TV, but eventually figured it out. The location was good for access to Falmouth. The slope was of the driveway was a bit tricky and perhaps our only complaint. All in all, a very nice experience. Thank You."

"A wonderful stay at this charming and well-located property on the Cape. We used this as a base for our family for a week as part of a longer multi-stop New England/Toronto vacation and found it to be welcoming and homely. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it and return! We especially enjoyed being on Jenkins Pond which is lovely for walks and swimming.A few minor points preventing a perfect score: cleanliness very good but not quite perfect, a previous guests...

"The house was amazing!!! As a family get away it was ideal with small children. Plenty of beds, safety fence for the stairs inside and outside the house (for sure a life saver with 2 under 2). The yard was perfect fenced in so the littles couldn't wonder off and the shed was FILLED with plenty for some water fun. I completely forgot our safety vests at home but worry not there was plenty in all different sizes even for the babies. The older kids favorite spot was the hot tub, the adults enjoyed...
