"Our stay was very enjoyable overall, and we truly liked the hotel despite a few areas that need improvement.
The highlights were definitely the exceptionally polite and helpful staff, who always made us feel welcome. The location is excellent, and the views are absolutely stunning. The saltwater pool is beautiful and one of the hotel's best features. We also loved the pool towels, which were soft and of excellent quality. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure.
The main area that needs improvement is the breakfast and the overall food service. The staff should wear clean aprons every day, as this would create a better impression. The food often did not look very appetizing, and some ingredients seemed to be reused over several days. The plates and glasses did not always appear perfectly clean, and the juices were artificial and of poor quality. We believe the hotel would greatly benefit from hiring an experienced chef to improve the dining experience.
The towels in the room were noticeably lower in quality than the pool towels and could be upgraded. The bathrooms could also be improved by removing the old-looking bathtubs or, at the very least, installing grab bars to make getting in and out of the tub safer and easier.
Finally, we would have appreciated longer opening hours for the swimming pool.
Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel's excellent staff, breathtaking views, comfortable rooms, and wonderful pool."
