"Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too good. Nelson will be hard to beat."

"Excellent accommodation. Very nice host who helps with all your questions and requests, but never pushes you in. Ideal place to unwind or to explore the Abel Tasman NP by rental car. The breakfast is perfect - especially because you are not tied to a specific time in the morning. Thank you for the lovely stay!"

"We only spent one night in Nelson but we left wanting to stay longer. Mark and John are terrific hosts and make you feel so welcome, the house and gardens are fantastic both \have some amazing things to discover. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit Nelson."

"LOVELY stay-the proprietors Tim and Janet are wonderful hosts-we were allowed to check in early, shared an informal happy hour and they gave us a lot of local information and happenings. Janet showed a lot of personal touches to the room and it was great to have our own patio. HIGHLY recommend!"

"The hosts and accommodations were lovely. We left early our first morning for a day trip to Abel Tasman and Sally packed us a to go breakfast including homegrown tomatoes from her garden. I think they ordered up sunlight to stream into the breakfast room the next morning so it would shine on the locally grown fresh fruits. Way exceeded expectations. "

"This place has all the relaxed charm of a 'typical' kiwi bach with the advantage of all the mod cons. You can relax and not worry about clashing with the decor or design asethetic! My shoulders moved away from my ears as we walked in the door.The front porch and the patio outside the double doors are great spots to just sit and sip coffee, wine or whatever. Great proximity to all you want in Mapua. Clean, comfortable and cute as a pin. We are not tall people however, and tall people might need...

"We can’t say enough about how delightful our stay was at Pohutukawa Farm. The space was fantastic and the sunrises and sunsets were some of the best we’ve seen. We enjoyed the privacy, the wonderful design touches, and the location was perfect for our visit to the area. And the friendly sheep was a fun visitor. Lisa was a terrific host!"
