"Stayed the night to attend the 38 Special concert at the Champlain Valley Fair which was virtually across the street. Could not have been more convenient. This is a brand new motel. The staff was fine and check in a breeze. The room was spacious. Room furniture and decor is what I have seen in European hotels with a hard floor (no carpet) and component furnishings. "We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance.
