"The hotel was very clean and staff were so friendly. The free breakfast was very nice and well maintained."

"Large room with plenty of space, even with the sofa bed pulled out. Parking lot was well maintained. There was a nice sized *clean* area to walk dogs with bags and a disposal. The smokers' station was covered, though not protected from the wind (hazard of being a smoker). Not the most comfortable bed, but the other guests in the party didn't mind them at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my better stays in Norfolk."

"As usual, the Main did not disappoint. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. Parking was easily accessible, which added to the overall convenience. Both on-site restaurants were clean and offered delicious meals. This is, without question, the only hotel I choose to stay at—and for good reason."

"The desk clerk was very pleasant & got us set up for 2week parking & even had coffee made in the lobby,which was very much appreciated. The room was nice & the bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport was on-time. Room temperature was easy to adjust. Will be staying another night on our return trip from Colorado. Would recommend this Hampton Inn to family & friends. "Delivery fee for food was ridiculous just to ride an elevator to my room. Bar staff was great. Front desk staff was understanding and amazing! As always rooms were clean , hotel smelled great. Cliental has changed , not for the good. Better room service food options would be appreciated and no service fee. We tip well. That should be enough . "
