Cajun Party Place is a very neat place with Great Views, Large Living-room and plenty of space to stretch outā€¦There is Game Table and Billiards Table. The Bar Counter top has a Ice Maker and plenty of seating. Outside a lean-to porch with Bar-B-Que Pit and Benches. Large yard, with nice sitting area, Pier and Floating Dock. Situated in a quiet Cove in Lanan Creek, just East of Hwy 191. Great Fishing and Great Fun await you at Toledo Bend lake!


No Inside Pets. No Smoking.
For an early check in and/ OR a late check out, you must request it and IF there's not a FLIP (meaning no one is checking in or out on the same day as you are) during that time THEN, an early check in OR a late check out is available for a Fee of $25 (per request, via 25 for early check in and 25 for late check out) If you're not okayed for an early check in your door code will not arrive until 3:30 pm.

The Cajun Party Place will be clean and in working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the ownerā€™s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the ownerā€™s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renterā€™s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
The Cajun Party Place Is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking The Cajun Party Place are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

Perfect house and location

Cajun Party Place is an awesome place to stay. Where else can you sit in the living room and watch your grandkids of all ages playing pool, foosball and ping pong. We all had such a great time!! Itā€™s very spacious and the cherry on top is the concrete boat launch on site!! Plenty room to park too. It has everything you need. We are definitely booking again next year. Thank you for allowing us into your beautiful home!!

Great property!

We just spent 4 nights here. This is a great property. Cons:1. The windows are not tinted, nor are they double paned insulated. The pictures show roll down shades. There are none. There are curtains, but even with the curtains closed the afternoon sun raised the temperature in the camp by at least 6 degrees. It was too hot to sit in that half of the room. The fans did nothing to keep it cool and the a/c could not keep up with the heat.2. There are no stairs down to the dock. With a steep hill, there is no way for anyone with mobility issues to get down to the dock.3. The Keurig didnā€™t work. Neither did the griddle. And the back of one of the sofas was broken.4. The online pictures need to be updated. They are not current and are misleading.Pros:This place was amazing. We had 10 adults ranging in age from 18 to 51. There was always something to keep everyone occupied whether it be pool, foosball, ping pong, corn hole, or ā€œdartsā€. Nice boat launch. The big yellow kayak was a hit. We had room for all 4 trucks and boats plus an SUV to park. Great location. The bbq pit and cooking burners were a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans of every size and plenty of dishes. Even though the Keurig didnā€™t work, there was a regular coffee pot that did. Excellent communication with management. Overall a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

Great guys getway

AWESOME VIEW

The entire process was amazing, from booking, getting answers to our questions, to the entire stay. Amazing view, comfortable beds and furniture. Large patio with 2 picnic tables, swings by the waterfront. We ended up being 7 adults and 4 grown children and there was plenty room for more. One member of our group has mobility issues, she clearly expressed not missing out on anything due to the amazing view from the cabin and the patio. Already planning our next trip!!!

Best place by far weā€™ve ever stayed at! Property was absolutely beautiful, the pictures on VRBO donā€™t do it justice. Thereā€™s so many things for you and your family to have a good time. The only downside is the big old hill, trying to walk up it after a few cocktails is pure torture for the older folks!! We lost power on the Saturday due to a storm, but we still had the best time. The agents brought us candles, water and drinks. If youā€™re looking for something enjoyable for your family or a get together amongst friends then this is definitely the place. Canā€™t wait to book again!

Perfect!

Well stocked, just as described. No air hockey or skeetball but with foosball, pool table, and ping pong we didnt even miss it. Kitchen has just about any appliance you may need as well as plenty of silverware, pots, pans and kitchen and grilling utensils. This place was really perfect both inside and out for our big family. Nice private boat launch, kayaks, and plenty of nice places to fish right off the docks or bank. Beautiful sunsets. Covered outdoor are with plenty of seating and a nice smoker. Very peaceful.

Beautiful and very spacious for a friends trip

I came here to celebrate my 20th birthday. We had a group of 12 friends and had a blast. Pictures donā€™t even do it justice. There is plenty of sleeping spots and space. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well. I would 100% come back here. Perfect for a group of friends. Easy communication with owner as well!

Great place on the lake!

The house was perfect for our group of guys! Plenty of room inside and outside! We had 4 trucks with boats and had no issues. We all enjoyed the game room during the heat of the day. We will definitely stay here again.

Summer vacay

Our family had a great week! We had 4 couples and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The game tables were a hit for all ages! The house being on a hill was a chore to climb back and forth, lol. The only thing we really would have liked is a ladder off the dock. The only way out of the lake is the slippery boat landing. We are definitely looking forward to next year already.
