"Gostamos muito, muito da estadia. A casa é muito boa, em bom estado, SUPER EQUIPADA, com tudo o que é preciso. O local, Manuel António, é provavelmente o mais bonito da Costa Rica, com praia e selva. A Jakie foi muito precisa na comunicação e, para nossa surpresa disse-nos que o Chef está incluído no preço, ou seja, o Chef Didier, faz-nos o pequeno-almoço e o Jantar e nós só temos de pagar as compras do supermercado, que o próprio Didier se encarrega de fazer! "This was a 10 out of 10 place for so many reasons:- Mefi the concierge was fantastic, from months before our trip to our last day. He arranged great transportation from SJO, to Jaco, and back to SJO. He found great tours for good prices. In short, he made our trip seamless and fun. "This home is AMAZING! It is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group. There were two families (eight people total) with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The AC is cold (huge bonus) and the decor is beautiful. The pool and slide were the main attraction for the kids! "We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. "We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?"

"Our room was filthy. We got there and keys under mat. Although the owner was in 1 of 4 apts he never told us about housekeeping (there was none) or trash or hoe to operate the outsode washer. He juat said hi. We had to ask for a garbage bag. We were there 7 days and wont do that again. No where to eat unless you take a bus. It was NOT a few minutes walk from beach or anything. The bed uncomfortable and towels stunk. Never again. "

"Can’t say enough good things about this property and the team taking care of it. Great location, great surroundings, clean, gorgeous pool, just A all around. Also saw monkeys and other wildlife daily from the back porch. Only thing is it’s at the end of a very steep hill so if you are limited in walking take that into consideration but we walked it daily to eat at the restaurant at the top of the hill and felt like we walked off all the bad things we put in our body all week. "Amazing property. Clean, well appointed, great location - close to restaurants, beach, and Manuel Antonio excursions. The concierge service made the visit so easy. And the monkey visits to the veranda each evening were a highlight of our trip."

"We had a lovely time at this house! The ac was great and the bed was super comfortable. It's Costa Rica so it was hot and humid but we spent a lot of time on the porch; the little fan there was perfect. I appreciated the coffee but my tea drinking family would have loved a stovetop or electric kettle. All in all we would stay there again in a heartbeat!"
