"I booked this for my daughter, partner and their 1 year old son l, they had a lovely stay. Clean, tidy, cosy cottage. Lots of lovely walks direct from the door as well as a pub, cafe and beaches. Further great walks and food a short drive away. Friendly and helpful hosts"

"The property was in a fab location with all the local amenities within a 30 second walk. It's right by the harbour too so only a short walk down for lovely views. The property itself was easy to access with very clear instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and it felt like home from home. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. First proper trip to Tenby and hoping to come back again sometime!"

"It looked lovely before we went, but we were bowled over by the place. It is really big and airy. We loved how the bedrooms can be 'shut away' from the rest of the place and there are three toilets!! Very important with teenagers and kids around. It's extremely quiet and that view! Sat outside on the balcony (bigger than it looks) to enjoy many times a day. We've been coming to Tenby all our lives (oldest 74) and it never fails to take your breath away. "6 adults and 4 children for a surprise 50th family weekend. Beautiful surroundings. Easy to reach destinations. Perfect size for all of us and layout, however could do with a little TLC, cleanliness was not great. Did not let it ruin our stay as it was perfect otherwise."

"This lovely eco house is in a perfect location to visit Pembrokeshire. The house is in very good order, is well equipped and its 'tree top' location makes it that extra bit special. We were just four adults but it would be perfect for six people as it has three good sizes bedrooms. The location is perfect, if you can manage the 47 steps to the house, it is a very short walk to the village which has a number restaurants, pubs and a café. We would recommend."

"We had a lovely week at Rooks Retreat - even got used to the rasping rooks! Wasn’t as close to Freshwater East as we hoped. It is possible to walk (up the lane from the cottage) towards Freshwater Inn, but there are some very steep steps to negotiate down onto the beach, takes about 45 minutes. The cottage is great, cosy & well equipped. The weather was so good we enjoyed sitting in the garden in the afternoon sun. Easy to make the cottage warm on those couple of cooler evenings. "We loved our stay here, the property seems to have been refurbished to a better standard than the pictures portray. The location on the water is stunning and we fitted 7 people comfortably. The host was very communicative and it was great to have the parking available too. Thanks for a brilliant stay. Warning there is no hot tub, I was told by the host this is a mis-naming on Vrbo."

"Very comfortable property in a secluded location which was central to exploring all of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which was breathtaking. It was advertised as sleeping 8 but would only be comfortable for 6 max as living space is small. Garden is not child friendly or completely enclosed for dogs although no problem for ours who are well trained. WiFi is non-existent which has its plus sides but no landline in case of emergencies."
