"We could not have had a better place to stay in Heidelberg. The location was right by a bus stop, the funicular to the castle, and just down the street to enter the Market Square. "Quando chegamos no apartamento a porta, que deveria estar aberta, estava trancada e um outro hóspede nos emprestou o telefone e fez a ligação para a proprietária, pois não tínhamos o contato. A proprietária nos avisou que não haveria lugar para dormir, pois houve oberbooking. Nos disse que devolveri o dinheiro, mas não nos relocou. Tivemos que procurar outro lugar para passar a noite de aniversário de casamento. Foi decepcionante!"

"Meine Familie und ich wollten wegen einer Hochzeit ein paar schöne Tage in Bensheim verbringen. Von den Bilder her hat uns die Ferienwohnung auch sofort zugesagt.Aber schon bei der Anreise geht das Drama los: das Haus ist in einem Hinterhof versteckt und nicht auf Anhieb zu finden. In den Hof kommt man nichtmal zum entladen rein, da das Tor trotz absoluten Halteverbot dauerhaft zugeparkt ist.Das einchecken erfolgt relativ reibungslos über ein Kästchen mit Code in dem sich ein Schlüssel befindet....
