"This house was beautiful and extremely spacious for our large group (3 couples with 7 kids 12-17). The downstairs was a perfect place for all the kids. They had their own kitchenette, bathroom, couch, table with chairs, and access to the pool and front of the house. We spent a ton of time on the expansive front porch, around the large kitchen island, and on the plush living room couches, watching movies at night. "Great place to stay! Went for my birthday and it was awesome. The host Doug was very responsive and made check in and everything else super easy! He even helped me set up a taxi from the airport and made the recommendation to get groceries in Marsh Harbor on the way which was the right call. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. AC worked perfectly and the showers were nice and hot! Beds and pillows were super comfy. "The house was nice, comfortable and well stocked. We loved having a pool and covered tiki hut. It was directly across from beautiful sandbar and we saw turtles swimming every morning. The owner called prior to our trip and gave us all required information and many tips for the area. We lost power one day but the generator kicked right in so we had no issues. "

"Great condo, loved the location, there were lots of thoughtful items included in the condo. The only suggestions would be to have a couple extrs blankets for the beds for those who are cold blooded, and instructions sheets for the tv.Unfortunately the swim up pool bar close yo the condo was not open most of our days we were there, and the pool water was cloudy with lots of sand in the pool."

If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. "The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). The pool area was always clean and the beach was wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Great place to stay!"
