"Such a cute space to rent, clean, quiet, close to all off downtown Manitou and a nice warm up walk to the Incline if you are planning to conquer that beast (which we did), this small quaint room was a great price and has everything we needed. I do wish they had a small microwave other than that. We would stay there again."

"My Husband, and two kids stayed here for a weekend. It was a lovely stay. Gorgeous, quaint house. Loved swinging on the front porch and just taking in the views. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops and the arcade. Close to everything. I love taking spring water home with me! Great communication with owner. The bed was a bit stiff, just bring some extra pillows and blankets if you like softer bedding like me! Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook in. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I came to town solo for the Pike’s Peak Ascent. I was a mile from the start and a mile from the Incline. Easy walk to restaurants. The place was clean, well organized and secure. I would totally come back. "

"We stayed at the Fountain Inn for 2 nights while we did the Manitou Incline, driving in from Kansas. The room was clean and exactly as listed. It was within walking distance of all the shops on main street, which means we didn't have to fight with parking (a MAJOR plus!). We had a great time in Manitou Springs, and at the Fountain Inn and will be visiting again!"

"First of all, this room is actually in a small motel. The lower floor was very loud because we could hear EVERYTHING above us. Every footstep, cell phone drop, luggage tow, EVERYTHING. That was very annoying. If we stay again, we’ll be sure to stay upstairs! Short walk to grocery store and town. Plenty of parking."

"Great location at the edge of town so easy to walk to all the shops and points of interest in Manitou Springs.Room was efficient. Much like a motel, rooms were not sound proof.
