Welcome to our second home, a place where the pace of life slows down and the soundtrack is provided by the Mediterranean Sea. Playa Paraíso is exactly what the name suggests—a beach paradise. Here, you’ll stay in a unique, car-free oasis with charming alleys leading you straight to the water's edge.

A Rare Location Where the Sea is Your Neighbor

Established in the 1980s when building near the shoreline was still permitted, Playa Paraíso offers a location that is truly one-of-a-kind. You are less than 50 meters from both the beach and the stunning pool area. With no roads to cross, you can simply throw a towel over your shoulder and walk barefoot to the sea.

Our community is known for its distinct personality. Over the years, the houses have been thoughtfully expanded and remodeled, creating a vibrant environment with varying shapes and a warm, welcoming soul. It’s no wonder our guests return year after year, often staying for weeks at a time. It is a place built for relaxation and making memories.

During the summer months, a pool attendant is on duty (usually 11:00–20:00). To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, a maximum of six guests per house is allowed at the pool at one time.

Enjoy home-cooked dinners in your private garden or visit one of the two inviting restaurants located just a short stroll away.

We want your holiday to be perfect. Here are a few details to help you plan:

Car & Parking: We highly recommend a car for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Free communal parking is available at the edge of the area. While spots are not reserved and can fill up during peak season weekends, they usually become available again in the evening.

Accessibility: The area is picturesque but features narrow walkways and varying levels, meaning it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Please note that the house features a spiral staircase between floors.

Arrival: We are located approximately 100 km (one hour) from Malaga Airport. While buses run to Estepona, a car or taxi is required for the final leg of the journey.
