-Extra cleaning during your stay is available on request for bookings more than 1 week.

-Cooking is allowed and the kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking.

-Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (if you can’t make it during these times, you can schedule a self check in)

- Parking available outside the premises only, in SM Aura or Market Market
- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance

- Turn off the Aircon, lights, and TV when not in the unit

- Check in times are 3pm to 7pm (if you can’t make it during these times, you can do a self check in)

- Check out is 12 noon latest, an additional 1 night stay will be charged for later check outs

- If you break anything you should report it immediately

- Noise level should be kept to a minimum

- Do not leave anything by the entrance of the unit such as shoes or slippers
