  • The unit is located on the 11th floor of Renaissance 2000 Tower.

    Spacious home away from home Condo, relax and enjoy shopping in the newly opened The Ayala Malls 30th adjacent to our building with private access. Others like Megamall, Shangri-La Edsa Mall, Robinson's Galleria, Capitol Commons, and The place where shopping is a stone away.
    An oval track(ULTRA) is just a block away for the sports enthusiasts.
    Ideal for short or long stay travellers.
    One Free parking

    Split type Air conditioner in the Master's bedroom & Living room
    Cooling fan on the 2nd Bedroom, however the split-type aircon cools the whole apartment.
    Basic kitchen use for casual dining.
    Towels and bed linens are provided.
    Toiletries provided until supply lasts.
    Newly renovated bathroom
    Hot&Cold shower.
    Washer and dryer available in the unit but lots of Laundromat nearby, they can even pick up/deliver your laundry needs.

    HOUSE RULES:
    We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires these conditions:
    STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the unit and common areas of the building.
    NO PETS allowed.
    Violation shall merit forfeiture of your Security Deposit.

    We will also ask you to supply a copy of your passport or driver's licence once booking is confirmed to be sent to my email for identification purposes which I will submit to the Reception Manager for easier entry on arrival.

    We do not want strangers staying in our apartment that is why we need to know and verify our future guest's identity.

    Guests staying at the property must never exceed the number of guests confirmed to stay.

    A Door Entry Access code is given for a keyless door prior to arrival. You can reach me anytime of the day. I quickly respond to inquiries, requests and problems in a reasonable time. I give my guests privacy unless my presence is required.
    Security Deposit will be returned at the end of your stay provided no damages,missing items occurred.

A great find!

This was a perfect property for our business trip to Manila. I usually stay in different areas in the city each time I come over so I have the opportunity to meet new people oh, so I have stayed in several rental units in the city. This unit is in a great location and is very convenient to access anywhere in the city via grab. You are right next door to a mall that has a grocery store and several dining options, and just a short walk to both the SM Megamall and the podium Mall. The owner was always making herself available if we needed anything, but we didn't. The unit is comfortable and was clean. The air conditioning works great and so did the hot water in the shower. Having a washer and a dryer made it possible to pack very light as we could do laundry conveniently on site. The bed in the master bedroom is the most comfortable bed I have slept in in the Philippines other than out at the Sheraton by the airport, but that room cost me as much for a night as this place does for a week! This is definitely a great condo to rent if it's available during your stay.

This is one if not the best rentals I have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. I did my laundry ever few days which was very convenient! The rental was practically "connected" to a large mall where many excellent restaurants were. It also had a small grocery, but just a 10 minute walk away was another large mall with a complete and even more restaurants. The host was also very friendly and easily accesible.

We stayed at this two bedroom apartment during September 2017. The unit is in a great location beside the 30th Ayala Mall and within walking distance of the other malls in the Ortigas area including Podium, Shangri La and Mega Mall. The condominium building has a nice pool, gym and tennis courts which can be used for a fee. The unit is comfortable for a family of four and has a fully equipped Kitchen. Tina was a superb host. Overall we had a very comfortable stay at the apartment.

This apt was in a prime location in Ortigas, close to the malls and restaurants. The condo unit personnel were very friendly and helpful. The apt itself was spacious and comfortable for two people and was clean and organized. Having a package of fruit, tea, drinking water and salt/pepper condiments were definitely a plus from my previous short term rental. One thing that wasn't really desirable was the fact that the gas tank was completely empty when we first tried to cook. Had to call the host to get it replaced. Apparently, the housekeeper thought it wasn't empty when they did a pulse check prior to check in. Also, the internet wasn't working although there was a pocket wifi provided. It wouldn't have been an issue but the signal around the area was suboptimal. The gas and the internet issues were a little bit of an inconvenience since we had to change/hold our plans to wait for the gas tank to be replaced and cable company to come over and fix a known internet issue. For different reasons, the internet wasn't fixed during our stay. The hosts were very accommodating with our concerns but I hope they understand we couldn't stall our plans because things needed to be fixed. I suggest that they make sure the place is spotless and ready to go before guests check in for a worry-free stay. It was overall an okay experience.
