Thank you for believing in us. The cleaner assigned to your unit was given demerits for not doing her job. We have ordered a door sealant to secure the units from pest coming outside.

Dear William, I am sorry, but you must have forgotten to reply to our email regarding your expected time of arrival . All guests are being assisted personally by our caretakers and they were also waiting for you. I was informed that you just left without a word. We have 14 units in the vicinity where you can choose among the available ones.

I am sorry, but you have an anonymous identification , to which we can't verify the authenticity of your claim in this review. We have served thousands of guests who kept coming back to our facility but were to busy to give reviews. All units have different interior designs and are classified according to your reservations. We don't offer use of washing machine for guests personal use, unless requested. We provide free of charge basic toiletries like toilet paper, shampoo, bath soap, toothbrushes and towels . You can always call our caretakers for refill and assistance.

December and January are months when mosquitoes tribe here in the Philippines. We regularly treat them when cleaning. Also we provide odorless insect repellants stashed underneath the kitchen cabinets for our guests use. You must have opened your balcony inviting insects to come to the unit. All our guests are being assisted by our caretakers during check in .If not satisfied with the unit, you could have politely ask them to clean up to your standards. The cleaner assigned to your unit got demerits for the review and promised to do better.

For clarification, we are not a hotel. We are leasing condos and extending hospitality by providing our guest the basic needs for a comfortable stay. To keep one’s privacy, we clean the unit only upon request for free. We are deeply saddened that after all the effort and extra services we provided for this guest, he was not satisfied as he is not well. We changed his bed to a special bed for his comfort, cleaned his unit upon request and provided clean towels and beddings. Ironically, this guy is complaining because he does not know how to keep the place clean. Leaves their unfinished food everywhere, spills liquid on the floor,doesn’t bother to throw their garbage, naturally inviting bugs to come to the place! He was complaining and yet he extended his stay in that unit.

Dear Sir: Our apologies if you felt that way. Most inverter type aircon here in the Philippines are not as silent as those made in your country. So far, you are the only one who made such comment and we will look into it and have it replaced if needed as soon as possible.We try our best to make our guests comfortable, and had you called our attention while staying in the condo we could have immediately transferred you to another unit. We offer a very reasonable rate compared to our neighboring 5 star hotels thus frequent travelers stay with us on a regular basis. We are just lucky to have a location which is most accessible and affordable to appreciative guests flying in and out of the country.
