PARKING SPACE:
The unit has a designated parking area. Use of parking space should be pre-arrange with the host at least a day prior to the date of arrival for a minimal fee. Kindly refer to the Guest Access and House Rules for details.

PRIVATE CAR WITH CHAUFFEUR:
For your hassle-free airport pick up and drop off and private tour within Manila and nearby cities, I can assist you in your transport needs. Kindly send message for inquiry ahead of your arrival date (subject to availability).

GUEST ACCESS:
For your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment, the following amenities are located within the building premises:
- Elevated swimming pool with gazebo and kids' playground at the 8th floor. NOTE: A minimal fee of PhP150 (approx. US$ 3) during regular days and PhP300 (approx. US$ 6) during holidays per person per use is payable by the guest at the Admin Office/Pool Attendant prior to use the swimming pool. Required proper swimming attire and safety rules applies.
- Feel free to use the Grand and Luxury Lobby at the ground floor or at the 8th Floor Activity Area to accept/meet and greet with your daytime visitors.
- Use of parking space should be pre-arranged with the host at least a day prior to the date of check-in. NOTE that a minimal fee of PhP 300 (USD 6.00) per day flat rate is separately charge for the account of the guest.
- Commercial establishments at the Breeze Mall ground floor, convenient store and day/night spa are open for your convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Once booking is confirmed, the guest should provide the host a copy of valid Identification Card with photo (one representative if Group booking) for the necessary documentation required by Property Management Office prior to the arrival date.

2. I love pets however pets are NOT allowed inside the premises.

3. Our home is 100% smoke free environment. Please DO NOT smoke. Fine will be imposed for non-compliance. However, there are designated smoking area within the premises, kindly ask the concierge.
