Other things to note
ALL guests are REQUIRED to submit a copy of their IDs, vaccination cards (fully vaccinated only) & a signed Crime-free Lease Agreement (will be provided by us) for guest pass approval by admin.

Once the booking is confirmed, please email the copies (one for each guest) so we can immediately seek approval as it takes time for the admin to approve. This is to ensure a smooth check-in.

- Maximum 3 adults
- Strictly minimum 2 nights stay
- Not suitable for wedding party preparation
- Strictly 11am checkout and 2pm checkin. Early checkin or late checkout will be allowed if possible, and guests will be charged the following:

First extra two hours - P250
Past Two hours to a maximum of eight hours - charge is half of the nightly rate .
Beyond eight hours is NOT allowed.

- Laundry services available in the area for a fee
-Only one time set up of toiletries
- Please use the appliances, furniture and fixtures responsibly as you would your own.

- Airbnb is built on TRUST and RELATIONSHIPS. As a host , I have full confidence that guests will take care of everything inside this unit and will NOT take anything when they check out.
Guest will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

- NO Security Deposit charge are made upon booking. However, a damage compensation request may be opened during your stay or after the final check out. This is done thru the Airbnb Resolutions Center.

- Available also for long term rental (30 days or more). Monthly rate already discounted as shown in the listing.
