•Accessibility•
If you are originating from the central business district of Quezon City, the trip is a good 28 minutes only. You can take Congressional Avenue and C-5 to Jupiter St. in Project 8, Quezon City. Then, take Bahay Toro Ave. to Mindanao Ave. via C-5. Follow Mindanao Ave. until you reach Valenzuela City, then, continue up to north Caloocan City via P. Dela Cruz Ave. From here, you can turn right onto Reliance St. Until you reach the Hill Residences. As an added treat, the provinces of Northern Luzon (such as Bulacan, Pampanga, and Tarlac) are also easily accessible from the site via NLEX.
There are more public transport (like buses, jeepneys, Grab/Uber taxis, and UV expresses) that ply these routes 24/7.
From Manila, especially if you are in the Quiapo area, you can take R-8 (Quezon Blvd.) and C-5 to Mindanao Ave. to Valenzuela and Novaliches. Continue on Mindanao Ave. until you reach P. De La Cruz Ave., which will take you to Reliance St. where the Hill Residences is located. This route will take you just 55 minutes of travel time.
On the other hand, the Hill Residences is less than 4km from the northbound lane of NLEX (North Luzon Expressway) and the Pan-Philippine Highway that runs parallel to the expressway. The site is less than half an hour drive from Valenzuela City. Once you are on the LEX coming from Valenzuela, you can turn right onto Paseo De Blas Road (just after the Puregold Price Club building to your right).
From here, you can go straight to General Luis Avenue then turn left to Reliance St.
