The space
Enjoy the stay with a spacious room 25 sqr meter with GOOoGLE HOME Installed place with 40 Inch Android TV to feel like a home theater with free unlimited WIFI with 20MBPS speed (Fiber-powered co-axial cable connection). Guest can stream online videos such as YouTube and Netflix without any interruption.

Online working person will not face any kind of issue regarding video conference, Viber call.

We have a Netflix subscription too.

This unit has the capacity to accommodate 1-6 guests only.

The KITCHEN has a convection cooker, microwave, refrigerator, and rice cooker. The kitchen also comes with set cutlery glass and cooking wares.

The BATHROOM comes with toiletries such as liquid soap towels, tissue paper and also a heater attached to the shower.

WE will provide 02 washed Towels. If you want to avail additional towel you have to pay nominal 50 php fees for one towel. Those additional fees we take for washing charges.

🔷Amenities also include the condominium swimming pool, But it’s chargeable to the guest.

🔷Admin maintains and take care of pool, so they collect minor charges.
* 150 php/person for ordinary and
* 300 php/person for HOLIDAYS

Pool open at 07.00 am & closing time is 10.00 pm
Generally, there is no change in timing. But Admin has right to change the timing.

Pool passes only issued by admin. Its timing are as below.

[Mon to Fri] : 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
[Saturday] : 09.00 am to 11.59 am
No admin on holidays & Sunday.

We can also apply in advance for pool passes. For that, guest has to pay in advance via Gcash or cash or bank transfer.

We will provide an Official receipt for the pool pass. The amount which is reflected in official receipt must be payable by the guest.

🔷Other services such as laundry, spa, saloons, gym, save more grocery are available at the ground floor of the condominium.

🔷We follows clean as you go policy. If its not super massy then no need to pay. Guest can avail optional cleaning fees if they don't want to clean unit they can avail service at 200 PHP.

💠 Check-in time : 02.00 pm to onwards any time

💠Check-out time : 11.59 am

💠MPlace condominium is completely Non-smoking units, building.
Strickly No-smoking.

💠If fire alarms rings, guard will impose penalties and that must be paid by guest.

💠Mplace condominium is property of SMDC. So all guest are bound to rules and regulation of it. Due to any reason if they get alarm, they have to pay for that.

💠 Guest can reach Mplace condominium using either grab/taxi/MRT/private bus operators.

If a guest is coming from outside manila, generally they reach at Cubao bus terminal. You can ride taxi they will charge hardly 100 to 150 php to reach here.

You can set the destination is Mplace condominium tower C, near ABSCBN.

Nearest MRT station is Quezon avenue MRT. You can ride a tricycle from the MRT station to Mplace condominium tower C."
