📌 Accommodation Only: Our property includes accommodation only. Pool access requires additional fees (PHP 150 on regular days, PHP 300 on holidays). Parking is not included, but can be arranged as long as communicated ahead of time

📌 Bed Setup: Semi-double bed, comfortably sleeps 2. There is also a foldable bed that can sleep 1.

📌 No Smoking/Vaping: Please respect our smoke-free policy inside the apartment and building.

📌 Date Changes: Changes to stay dates are subject for approval and availability.

📌 Guest List Changes: Names can be updated up to 2 days before check-in; no same-day changes allowed.

📌 Visitor Policy: Non-overnight visitors are allowed but subject to building security approval.

📌 Respect the Property: Please care for our home and report any damage or safety concerns.

📌 Kitchenette Use: Kitchenette for reheating and light cooking only; avoid smoky or odorous foods.
