This accommodation is suitable for up to six guests if you have small children who can sleep on the extra mattress. For optimal comfort, we recommend a maximum of five adults, as six adults may find the space less accommodating.

At the moment, there is no washer and dryer in the apartment but there is a laundry service in the building (inside Alfamart) that costs 170php/9kgs.


✔ 24-hour reception/security, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
✔ You can visit the penthouse with its breathtaking views from 41st floor. Couch and sofas available. Unfortunately, access to Sky lounge and Game room is exclusive to unit owners only.

Private parking is not provided. There is a street parking 150 php/ day.
Building property parking 550/night. Let us know ahead of time to reserve for you.

✔ This is a SMOKE-FREE apartment. A designated smoking area is provided outside the building.
Guest access
Please note that one door is locked and is not accessible to guests. We use this room to store our personal belongings. You can enjoy the rest of the apartment is completely.

Swimming pool access located at 7th floor opens from 08:00 to 22:00
Using the pool requires additional fee by the building.
Regular day (Tue-Sun) 150php/person/day
Holiday - 300php/person/day

If you need pool acess, you can purchase at the admin office located at ground floor. Swimming pool is closed on Mondays due to maintenance.

Playground access next to pool area is free.
Other things to note
To keep the house secure, the building admin requires every adult guest to provide an ID with photo when booking is confirmed - before check in date. You may hide or blur sensitive details.

Early check in/out is possible as long as there is no booking before or after you. Additional fee of 300php per hour to cover utility additional costs.
