Welcome Studio – La Croix Fry, Manigod, La Clusaz: Nature & Activities All Year

Welcome Studio is located in Maisons des Bois at the Col de La Croix Fry, the perfect spot to enjoy nature and activities year-round. The residence is quiet, with secure access via a barrier, and close to all amenities.



Just 200 meters from ski lifts and the ski school (on the upper level), ski passes are available from self-service machines, ticket counters, or online. A baker delivers bread to your door by request. A supermarket and a farm selling local products are 3 km away. La Clusaz center is 7 km, Thônes 13 km, and Annecy (lake) 27 km.



Enjoy a wide range of activities all year: in winter, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, paragliding, speed riding, dog sledding, toboggan runs, ski joëring, and night skiing (until 9 pm). In spring, summer, and autumn: hiking or cycling in the alpine pastures, farm visits, mountaineering, mountain biking (chairlift available), paragliding, tennis, ping-pong, pétanque, heated and supervised pool, paddling pool, playgrounds, trampoline, Devalkart, basketball hoop, summer tobogganing in La Clusaz, horse riding, golf practice and mini-golf. Shuttle buses to La Clusaz are 200 m away.



The studio is well equipped, with a terrace, ski locker, and free private parking with a barrier. It’s compact for five in winter! Self check-in. The living area has a kitchenette and sofa bed for two, a west-facing terrace, a mountain corner with three narrow bunk beds for children (can be used as storage in winter for smaller groups), and a bathroom with shower and toilet (small space). The host is available to advise and guide you during your stay.
