"This was my second time at this cottage and hope to stay again. It rained the whole time! But, with such a cozy place to read and relax, listen to the rain and enjoy the ambiance it was lovely. I walked for a nice dinner at the Hideaway. I walked to Mt Gretna Mercantile for a few treats and always enjoy chatting with the sweet owners. I had an incredible lunch at Porch and Pantry. All without getting in my car. I highly recommend!"

"This is a modernized wing of the house. It had a fascinating old stove/oven and some beam construction upstairs. We were visiting friends in the area and needed a place to stay. The is a quiet, wonderful place on a farm. The host Grant was attentive and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I appreciated the upstairs hand-held shower head. "3 Generations of family enjoyed our annual vacation at this wonderful home! We are familiar with this area so enjoyed exploring it from this new location. We especially enjoyed the HUGE kitchen, hot tub, beautiful backyard, outside patio and separate kitchen/dining/family room on lower floor. "The property is unique and very nicely set up for a large group. We enjoyed the location being only a little over 2 miles from the LVC baseball field. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the stuffed animals display. The owner was very helpful and fast to respond when we had a last minute question. Hopefully, we will get to visit again."

"I believe this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at before. Wooden floors throughout you can walk barefoot and not even feel dust under your feet. The house had so much character, it was very comfortable to stay in. The only thing I didnt realize when booking the place was the location. By the pictures it looked like it was located on a back county road but its actually located on a pretty busy road with houses all around it. "Much older home with 2 bathrooms ,one on second floor and one on third floor . There was an awful smell coming from the tub on 3rd, floor. My son being a plumber said it was not vented properly. Bedrooms were all upstairs 2nd and 3rd floor, very comfortable beds and clean, Stairs were narrow and hard to climb for the older ones staying, especially just to go to bathroom. Only 1 parking space for property so any extra vehicles had to park elsewhere away from the house, We had to be dropped off...
