"Really enjoyed my stay in Manhattan Beach. Kyle was honestly one of the most hospitable hosts I’ve had always quick to respond and super helpful with anything I needed. The place had a cozy vibe, and being able to walk to the beach every morning for sunrise and wind down with the sunset made the whole trip feel special.When the heater had a little issue, Kyle didn’t hesitate he actually sent over space heaters via Amazon the same day, which I really appreciated. "Cozy home that was perfect for my family of 6. Instructions for checking in and out were simple and easy to understand. The temperature was perfect - no need for heat or AC. The gated outdoor area made the space feel secure and secluded. We were all able to shower in the evening without running out of hot water. Hope to be back to visit again soon! "

"Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. "

"Very easy to love this spacious and clean well appointed home. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the two block walk to the beach and shops. Plenty of great coffee and restaurants in walking distance and very safe area. The host was super accommodating and helpful. We hope to be back and can’t say enough how comfy and lovely this stay was for our family."
