"We had a fantastic time at this hotel, the staff were so lovely, they suprised my husband and I as it was his birthday and we were going to the airport that day and they bought him cake and paid for our taxi to the airport, the hotel was in a good location easy access to most things and a lot of tour companies pick up in district 1, breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff can’t do enough for you "

"We arrived very late, around 12:30 at night, after a long trip. Our stay was fully prepaid, with breakfast and minibar included. Even though, they asked foe a credit card pre-aurhorization. We offered SEVEN different credit cards (4 mine and 3 from my husband) and they were all declined. We said it was weird, because we had just used 2 of them and most of them have very high limits. They said it did not matter and if we sis not have them the money IN CASH, we would not be allowed to check in....

"i arranged for a pickup from sgn and flight was delayed, but the taxi that the hotel arranged for pickup waited for us, i am very thankful. cost around $15 because its 230am! nice and cute place, awesome location being around eateries and 2 minute walk from ben thanh market. staff are nice and polite. there is even a nice basic breakfast offered for the price paid making the stay an awesome deal. room is spacious for the price , nice and clean. highly recommended."

"This is an apartment stay rather than a serviced apartment. The amenities are for owners only so we couldn’t use the gym or pool facilities. Talk about misleading listing and photos. We had to turn on the hot water ourselves. The owner left several of their own luggage in the main bedroom. They asked for picture of passport and visa of people staying. Then questioned us on whether anyone else was staying … because my family was helping us with the luggage! The location is ok…. Next to a very...
