Once you find it then the rest of the stay is straight forward. The place is a bit dated but clean. For the price it is okay. There is a washing machine inside the unit but I tried washing the clothes a few times but the machine doesn't do a good job. The host is friendly and there is a daily room service."

"Excellent and well Located hotel in a great area."

"Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...
