Felt like we were staying at a spa. Owners Kath and Dave are right next door if you need any help and are friendly and kind. This is right at the top of our list of VRBO houses we have stayed in. Warkworth is 10 minutes away with big groceries and restaurants and the beaches about 20 mins away. "
