"Pros: The recently renovated bathroom was clean, and the beds and bedding were comfortable. Cons: Barbecue facilities were advertised, but none were available. When we enquired, we were told that it had broken that week and he hadn’t had time to fix it. We had steak and sausages to cook and had to rely on the electric stove. There was no knife for cutting meat or bread (only a tiny kitchen knife). In addition, the only frying pan was something you wouldn’t donate to a charity shop – it was old...

"Staff were really helpful we weren't sure if we would make it before reception closed so I sent them a message they called me back with an alternative option. We did manage to get there in time & they checked if we had everything we needed"
