Access to the property is via a private road that leads to a sliding gate that welcomes the guests into the private spaces of the Villa and is connected by a ramp directly to the front of the tipper of the garage that can accommodate 2 cars, equipped with a charging station for electric cars.



After unloading your luggage you will immediately discover the modern and contemporary lines of Villa Grace, like its main entrance, located next to the garages, equipped with a code and Badge. Here you will find the anteroom, with elevator and stairs to access the 3 floors of the Villa, and the entrance to the sleeping area.



ENTRANCE FLOOR

Villa Grace hosts the sleeping area on its entrance floor. Spacious and luxurious lake view bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a wellness area with sauna and shower with Turkish bath, and a large covered balcony/terrace with breathtaking views of Lake Garda

Starting from the right: Master Room with a small sitting room, a large SMART TV and en suite bathroom with shower. The lake view from here is spectacular, and you can admire it in its entirety thanks to the large windows.



Next to the room, we find the sauna overlooking the lake, perfect to experience the experience of pure relaxation enjoying a viewpoint that only our territory can offer. Going to the left a bathroom with a double sink and shower and a bathroom with bathtub are at the service of the other 3 double bedrooms located on the floor.



A fifth double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, located on the ground floor, completes the sleeping area.



GROUND FLOOR

Villa Grace is designed to create convivial experiences, so typical for those who choose a holiday on Lake Garda. The kitchen here can be used for every need, thanks to all the elements and appliances that allow you to live it to the best, double refrigerator, wine cellar with recessed in the kitchen, ovens and microwaves, dishwasher, induction hob with built-in suction hood, American coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster.

The cook of the group, or a private chef at home, can cook on the large island of the kitchen, and prepare the dishes to be consumed on the large indoor dining table for 10 people or on the outdoor table, protected under the porch.

On the terrace on the ground floor opens the large infinity pool with views of the garden rich in flowers and colourful plants and the lake, with temperate temperatures between April and October and with a solarium, equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the Lake Garda and an outdoor lounge perfect for an aperitif by the pool.



Villa Grace has private access to the waters of Lake Garda, through a gate located between the garden and the lake with a very small beach. It is also equipped with a closed dock where you can store equipment to be used on the lake.
