The apartment, decorated with exposed wooden beams, opens onto a bright living room equipped with a sofa that converts into a double bed, flat-screen TV, table with chairs and open-plan kitchen.

From the living room you can access the porch and garden, both exclusive for the apartment guests, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake. The porch, equipped with a table and chairs for 4, is ideal for breakfasts and lunches in the open air to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on Lake Garda.

The apartment is completed by the bedroom equipped with a double bed and wardrobe and the bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.



To reach the apartment there are approximately 20 external steps in the structure



*The Residence pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and is available from 15 June to 15 September. The pool area is divided into 3 zones: adults area (25x18m), children's area and jacuzzi area; completing the facility, within the large 40,000 square metre park, a children's playground, football pitch, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room. The pools are open from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap may be required.

The swimming pool area is divided into 3 zones: adults area (25x18m), children's area and jacuzzi area; to complete the facility, within the large 40,000 square metre park, a children's playground, football pitch, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room.



The residence is located just 150 metres from the lake and the port of Dusano with a restaurant and bar on the lakeside.



The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and in the hinterland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding walks, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



In 40 minutes by car or 30 by train from Desenzano railway station you can reach the historic city of Verona; the cities of Venice and Milan are also easily accessible by road or rail connections.



The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Villafranca Airport in Verona, which is only 45 minutes away by car.
