Access to Villetta Faro Azzurro is shared. The vacation house is located on a slightly raised floor, introduced by a spacious veranda furnished with a rocking chair and deck chairs for exclusive use.
The interior of the cottage consists of a living room with dining room and sofa, kitchen, 2 bedrooms , one of which is quadruple and one double, plus a bathroom with shower stall.
The outdoor spaces for exclusive use include a second large veranda, equipped with gazebo, table and chairs, masonry barbecue, where you can spend pleasant lunches and dinners in a comfortable environment and in total relaxation. There is also a heated outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the beach.

The resort is located on the Ionian Sea, near Manduria, the capital city of Primitivo Doc, with a beautiful historic center and numerous cultural and food and wine attractions.
Specchiarica is characterized by sandy beaches that stretch for long kilometers and crystal clear sea. The Nature Reserve of the Mouth of the Chidro River is worth a visit, as is the beach of Salina dei Monaci, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
