Thanks to the home automation system, you can control the lights, blinds, and alarm directly from your smartphone, all in total relaxation. Bed and bath linens are provided, with changes managed at your convenience. You'll also have beach umbrellas and chairs, a travel crib for baby, and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave. Each room has its own independently adjustable thermostat for maximum comfort.

Guests will need to install the Ajax system app to access and manage the property alarm so that they can also protect any property inside the home. With the app it will be possible to both open the entrance door and by activating the alarm the lights will turn off and the shutters will be lowered. Outside, the gate to access is equipped with both facial recognition and a temporary pin key.
