The three-room apartments on the second floor of the Blusea Beach Apartments residence are vacation apartments just 200 meters from the beach in San Pietro in Bevagna, along the Ionian coast of Salento.
The three-room apartments offer up to 6 beds and are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer and TV. Each apartment has parking space available.

External
stairs lead to the upper floor where the apartment is developed. The
interior opens with a large living room furnished with open kitchen,
dining room, TV and 1 double sofa bed.
A hallway leads to 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. Finally, from the living room there is access to the second bedroom, 1 twin room with
single beds. In addition there is a spacious balcony equipped with
table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner outside.

at a distance of 200 meters from the beach. The beaches of San Pietro
in Bevagna are characterized by soft golden sand, crystal blue sea.
In
summer, the seaside resort is lively, full of entertainment and
services. Other renowned resorts of the Ionian Sea, such as Punta
Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo and Campomarino di Maruggio, are very close.


- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Before your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The flat is one of the Blusea residence.
- Air conditioning is just in the living room and in the double bedroom.
