The Three Rivers Park Side

LES TROIS RIVIÈRES, your holiday rental apartment, is located in a residence at the heart of an 8-hectare wooded park with three swimming pools.



Mandelieu-la-Napoule, a town on the French Riviera by the Mediterranean Sea, is 6 km from the center of Cannes and 30 km west of Nice (airport accessible in about 30 minutes).



You will find several marinas, two 18-hole golf courses, a water sports center, a pony club, tennis and regional boules courts, as well as many shops and shopping centers in the city.



Numerous sports and cultural activities are organized throughout the year, with an even richer offer during the summer season.



The residence, 2 km from the seaside, is secure and has a caretaker year-round, with increased security in July and August.



The 42 m² apartment, facing south on the 2nd floor with elevator, has an 8 m² balcony overlooking the park and one of the pools (open seasonally, from mid-May to mid-October). Full air conditioning ensures excellent comfort.



It includes two main rooms: a living-dining room with open kitchen and a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate toilets.



The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two, a closet, furniture, and a TV. The bedroom has a double wardrobe.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, complete crockery, and all necessary utensils.



Parking: a closed underground garage is available for a medium-sized car or two motorcycles.



All parking in Mandelieu-la-Napoule is free.



A free shuttle is also available.
