A small ‘SPAR’ mini-market (open daily from 7am to 9pm), a chemist and a bank are just outside the property. Two swimming pools, one of which measures 35 m x 12 m and has a large grassed solarium, are 60 m from the flat. A small marina integrated into the property is located opposite the flat.



Inside: WIFI internet connection, flat-screen TV, air conditioning in all rooms. Each of the two bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the master bedroom is very large and communicates with the terrace.

A large table can seat six people on the terrace, which also offers two sun loungers and an extremely peaceful setting overlooking the shady park.
