- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

The price does not include:
Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (€ 50,00 per animal per week or part of week, up to two pets and no cats). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
Tourism tax (where applicable).

Casale Rondinella is a carefully renovated retreat in the Tuscan Maremma, offering a harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. With exposed chestnut beams, handcrafted travertine floors, and eco-friendly features, this villa exudes character and sophistication. Bright interiors with contemporary furnishings and ethnic touches open seamlessly to the well-tended garden, complete with a pool, portico, and pergolas for outdoor relaxation and dining. Located near Manciano, the villa is perfectly situated for exploring the region’s historical towns, thermal spas, and the stunning Tyrrhenian coast.
Interior:
The villa (about 250 sq m) spans two floors, connected by internal and external staircases. GROUND FLOOR - Hallway leading to a dining room, communicating with a kitchen with garden access, and a living room; a guest bathroom; a double bedroom (with separate entrance) with an extra double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR - Small sitting room; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms.
Park:
The 3,000 sq m fenced garden is adorned with cypresses, olive trees, eucalyptus and aromatic shrubs, as well as a small organic vegetable garden. Outdoor spaces include a portico and vine-covered pergolas with seating areas, as well as a bamboo pergola equipped with a dining table, barbecue, induction hob, and sink. The property is accessed through an automatic gate, and a parking area is conveniently located near the villa.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located 15 m from the villa and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape: Rectangular shape; dimensions 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.5 m with six steps for access; salt purification; internal lighting; pool terrace with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, a bathroom, and a hot-water shower; open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
