"We fit 16 people comfortably at this house. 4 bathrooms, a completely stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs, more than enough seating throughout the house and grounds, and a wonderful pool. Everyone enjoyed access to the lake with the kayaks. The views of Canandaigua Lake and the sun rising each morning were spectacular. Alan was an easy and communicative host and we were so thankful for the abundance of beach and bath towels. This property is well worth a stay. "

"This property was the best way to getaway and reconnect with my partner. The cabin was clean and unique. The romantic cabin was set a little bit further from the other two on the property and right in from of the adorable pond. The owner was incredibly sweet and made himself available for anything we needed. Everything was clean and well planned out. I’m so grateful to have found this place and will certainly look into coming back again. "

"This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores!
