"Valet parking a little steep at $75 per night. Bellmen and valets are super nice and helpful though. Some front desk staff are slightly brash, but maybe I’m just raised in the South and their demeanor is ok for NJ. Hotel seems dated but is in a prime location full of potential to be a really nice hotel."

"Our go to Hotel while in Asbury Park, NJ. Great comfortable stay always, excellent customer service, clean rooms & facilities. The club is epic 😉 along with the Pool Side Service with Tiki’s Bars fully stocked 🍹‼️ Was there for the Nite with David Lee Roth Concert 🎵 at the Stone Pony, and it’s was fantastic! "We love the convenience of being close to beach and town and also Asbury Park. The place is very clean, well maintained and rooms are cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful and we love the breakfast. The bathroom was spotless , nice towels and bed linens spotless. Room smelled good and clean. We’ve stayed here many times 🌊☀️🏖️🐚⛱️⛱️⛱️"

We paid for a Panasonic suite which was nice- but they gave us a low floor so the panorama was really the dumpster and a building site- but further out you could see the ocean… room was nice and big - the AC units are old are noisy so along with the general noise in the area, didn’t sleep so well, but I’m a light sleeper so maybe that’s on me. Super dog friendly which was lovely and had a great time at the pool cabana. Will go back but likely specify which floor we would like to be...

"While the property itself was a bit dated, it was perfectly comfortable. The price of the room was very reasonable last-minute compared to our alternatives so I wasn't expecting shiny luxury. "Location across from the beach was very convenient. The motel is basic. Small rooms, no lounge area. It felt like a clean dorm room. Friendly staff. But don't book through Expedia--not reliable. Expedia sent the customer a confirmation for one set of dates and sent the motel a different set of dates for our stay."

"I wanted to love this hotel, but the experience didn't come close to justifying the price. The rooms are extremely small, and having a Murphy bed means there's barely any usable space beyond sleeping. For boutique hotel rates, the accommodations felt cramped and underwhelming. The walls are also incredibly thin. Despite quiet hours being posted throughout the property, they don't seem to be enforced. You can easily hear neighboring conversations and, unfortunately, even hear toilets being used...
