🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If needed, please use designated outdoor areas nearby and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.



🎉 No Parties, drugs or Unregistered Guests: To ensure the comfort of all residents, parties and unregistered guests are not permitted at any time.



🔇 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of respect for neighbours and fellow guests in the building.



💶 A £250 fine will be applied if any of the above rules are broken.



🛏️ Sofa Bed Linen Set – £25 per stay

If you require use of the sofa bed, we’re happy to provide a full linen set (sheet, duvet, pillow & towel) for an additional £25. Please request in advance via the guest portal so we can prepare this for your arrival.
