The Space: BEDROOM: Although we’re in the city centre you’ll not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city or any building works. Our building is uniquely positioned on a quiet street so you’ll be able to have a good nights sleep in our quiet apartment. There’s plenty of storage and we provide fresh linen and towels for each guest.
LIVING AREA: A cute and cosy living room, lovingly decorated – this is the perfect place to relax with a brew after a long day in the city centre.
SOFABED: The sofa extends into a king size sofa bed which is available to accommodate our 3rd and 4th guests. A cot is also available if you’re traveling with your baby.
KITCHEN: Owners Dan and Kirsty lived here for 2 years so this kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home plus a Delonghi coffee machine and clothes washing machine.
DINING AREA: We have a fold away dining table that can comfortably seat 4 people and also works well as a desk for those people WFH (working from home!)
BATHROOM: We have a modern bathroom that includes a shower, toilet sink and mirror.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A travel cot is also available
PARKING: There’s good value parking right opposite our building at just £4.50 a day or there’s free parking 5 minutes’ walk away
Guest Access: You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.
You’ll also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore – complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

Ideally based to explore the local area by foot. Easy access to good transport links; Trams (7 min ), Trains (Piccadilly and Victoria 17 mins), Buses (7 mins).
