Summary:
The Heim Residences are delighted to offer our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Skyline penthouse apartment, in the heart of central Manchester. Every room boasts unrivalled views across the Manchester skyline. There is a spacious balcony overlooking Ancoats, the Etihad Stadium and as far as the Peak District. You will also get access to a pool, gym spa, cinema room and business centre. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, however, we recommend booking for 2 guests for a more comfortable stay.

The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, and an induction hob.

We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.

There is a 4 seater dining table which also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.

BEDROOM
There bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and fitted wardrobes, as well as a vanity dressing table and mirror. There are fitted blackout electric blinds throughout the apartment.

BATHROOMS
There is 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower in the apartment, an en-suite accessible via the bedroom. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features access to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy a coffee overlooking the view.

SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed, although please keep in mind that this will take up space which may not be preferable for longer stays. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.

LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Northern Quarter/Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within a short walking distance. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a short 10 minute walk away.

Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.

In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.

Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. The apartment is on the 28th floor, accessible via elevator. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.

Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.

This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
