    Booking Policy

    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Failed payments must be completed within 24 hours or the booking may be cancelled. Card fees of up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance; however, charges of up to £200 may apply in the event of damage.

    Upsells such as early check-in, late check-out, and add-on packages are non-refundable once booked.
