I'm not sure how this hotel can be 4-star, I'm surprised, I've stayed in a budget Travelodge, and their rooms and standards are so much better than what this Hotel. the room was dirty with lots of stains on the carpet, a tiny toilet with no hand wash basin, which is highly so inconvenient and unhygienic having to go into the shower room to wash hands. Holes in the toilet door, the paint coming off the walls, the room temperature which cannot be controlled thus freezing, stains on the toilet seat, and the room generally quite dirty and no soundproofing as they seem to claim, could hear the next room late night attics next to the walls and lots of vibrations. I would never stay at this hotel again but the location is superb and very central.
